Stephanie believes strongly in leading by example. She is a values-based leader with an approach of servant leadership. Stephanie's goal is to develop strong leadership skills and a passion for building a positive workplace in all of the individuals she works with. All of her courses are practical and oriented to immediate application. Any customized solutions that she offers are designed with the input of participants and developed to meet their specific needs.
In addition to Stephanie's skill sets, she is part of a strong network of consultants who she draws on regularly to support the programs that she develops. Consultants Stephanie works with have expertise in training, coaching, communications, values-based leadership, and organizational systems development.

Stephanie Innes-Berryman has worked as a consultant and corporate trainer for the past 15 years. She has been in the field of Organizational Development for 10 years, providing hands-on, practical support in employee engagement, leadership development and management skills training. In addition to her consulting work, Stephanie is an instructor with the BCIT Associate Leadership Certificate.
Stephanie completed her Masters in Leadership through Royal Roads University in 2011 with a focus on how managers can positively impact employee engagement. Stephanie also has an undergraduate degree in English and a Bachelor's of Education with a specialization in Curriculum Design.
Stephanie draws on her previous experience managing twelve employees in a unionized environment when consulting and teaching. Stephanie completed her Masters in Leadership with Royal Roads University in 2013.
Stephanie has facilitated groups in conflict, delivered team building sessions and has a strong background in building multi-faceted leadership development programs.
Stephanie has a strong background in curriculum design and program development. Her Mental Illness First Aid Course won the United Way Community Spirit Award and the Canadian Society for Training and Development Training Excellence Award Honourable Mention for Best External Training Program. Stephanie also led the Provincial Violence Prevention Steering Committee in developing award-winning provincial violence prevention curriculum for all healthcare workers.

Stephanie has worked extensively in municipal environments, not for profits and operations based workplaces. Stephanie is a skilled trainer and facilitator. She teaches leadership and management courses for BCIT's Leadership Associate Certificate.
