Stephanie Berryman has been working in the field of leadership development and training for twenty years. She completed her Masters in Leadership in 2011. Stephanie has designed and delivered Customized Leadership Development Programs for organizations with as many as 500 staff and as few as 30 staff. Her programs result in an average 20% increase in participant’s leadership skills and have an average participant satisfaction rating of 88%.

Stephanie draws on her previous experience managing twelve employees in a unionized environment to provide hands-on, practical support in:
