Welcome to the Working Well hub. I'm so excited to share all of my great resources with you. Working Well came about because I’ve spent so many years working with so many stressed out people (and that includes me). I’m passionate about helping people reduce their stress, increase their productivity and live really good lives in spite of all the challenges they experience.
Working Well means we stay physically and mentally healthy while we work. We take care of ourselves because we recognize that everything—the quality of our relationships, our work, our ideas, our focus, our very lives—rests on our health. When we are Working Well, we are nourished by our work. We come home at the end of the day filled with a sense of accomplishment and plenty of energy and attention for the people we love and the activities we enjoy.
